McKellar Studio provides creative project development, visual design systems, and artistic composition services. All deliverables are provided on an as-is basis unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.

Clients retain full ownership of all materials submitted to McKellar Studio. McKellar Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete briefs. Delays caused by incomplete or late feedback may affect project timelines.
McKellar Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance windows and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, McKellar Studio will deliver all completed work for which payment has been received.
McKellar Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if a client violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior.
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
